The investment options for obtaining citizenship status in Dominica are as follows:

1. Donation

2. Real Estate

The property purchase must equal a minimum of US$ 200,000 invested in government-approved real estate development. The investment must be maintained for a minimum of 3 years. If maintained and sold after 5 years, it would qualify the next buyer for citizenship as well.

Procedure

The following table breaks down the application process into eight basic steps.

Times Immigration shall pre-screen your passport copy for Government pre-approval to ensure fast processing.

Times Immigration will provide assistance and advise with regards to the collection of the documents required in the checklist.

Advisory and due diligence fees are due at this step.

Citizenship file is then submitted to the Government of Dominica
