The enchanting island of Grenada offers silky stretches of pure white beaches and turquoise waters. More commonly known as the Spice Island, Grenada is famed for its tropical scenery and warm hospitality. Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme allows individuals and their families to obtain citizenship through either a donation to the National Transformation Fund or through an approved real estate investment.

Launched in 2013, The Grenada Citizenship Program allows qualified investors and their family members to apply for an irrevocable Grenadian passport which can be passed down for generations.

Costs/Investment

The investment options for the Citizenship-by-Investment program of Grenada are:

1. A cash donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF)

Donation US $200,000
Additional child up to 26 years of age US $25,000
Dependent parents aged under 65 US $50,000
Dependent parents aged over 65 US $25,000

2. Real Estate

USD 350,000 is the minimum value of investment qualifying you and your family under the real estate option. The investment is subject to a minimum holding period of four (4) years.

GOVERNMENT FEES (Real Estate Contribution)

Each Additional Dependent US $25,000

Applicants aged 12 – 17 US $2,000

Procedure

The following table breaks down the application process into six basic steps.

STEP 1

Times Immigration shall pre-screen your passport copy for Government pre-approval to ensure fast processing.

STEP 2

Times Immigration will provide assistance and advise with regards to the collection of the documents required in the checklist.

STEP 3

Advisory and due diligence fees are due at this step.

STEP 4

Citizenship file is then submitted to the Government of Grenada.

STEP 5

Due diligence report is issued to the government, who will then make a decision.

STEP 6

Citizenship certificate and passport are issued in your name.
