St. Lucia

About

St. Lucia, the newest of the Citizenship by Investment Programs is the perfect destination for investors, offering gorgeous palm fringed beached, unspoilt rain forests, natural waterfalls and friendly locals.

On December 29, 2016, Saint Lucia’s PM, Allen Chastanet, has issued new amendment to the Citizenship by Investment Regulations 89 of 2015, to be put in effect from 1st of January 2017. Whilst Dominica was the cheapest in terms of cost effectiveness, these positive changes ensure Immigrant Investors have another option at half the price of other similar second passport programs.
