Procedure

The following table breaks down the application process into seven basic steps:

STEP 1

Times Immigration shall pre-screen your passport copy for Government pre-approval to ensure fast processing.

STEP 2

Times Immigration will assist in finding a suitable property in Spain. Should you wish to travel to Spain to view properties, Times Immigration will assist in your Schengen Visa application.

STEP 3

Times Immigration will prepare all the documentation required for the Residency application and a Power of Attorney is signed with our lawyers in Spain.

STEP 4

Our lawyers will then execute the purchase of the property and all property purchase costs and taxes are payable at this point.

STEP 5

The Residency Application is then finalized and submitted to the Government. Government Fees are payable.

STEP 6

Spain Residency is granted.

STEP 7

Spain Residency Visa is granted. Your Spanish Residency Visa is valid for 1 year. A 2 year Residence permit can be applied for straight away – allowing you to work in Spain.
