This Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur VISA program is for graduates identified by UK Higher Education Institutions as having developed world class innovative ideas or entrepreneurial skills to extend their stay in the UK after graduation to establish or develop their businesses in the UK. The business can be as a sole trader, a partnership or a company registered in the UK. There can be more than one business. Applicants for this visa must have been endorsed by a UK higher education institution or by the UK government’s UK Trade and Investment department.
The Graduate Entrepreneur visa is subject to an annual limit set by the UK Home Office, which is set at a different level every year.
The Graduate Entrepreneur Visa is making it easier to start a business and live in the UK. While the UK benefits from your entrepreneurial activities creating employment and providing economic stimulus, you also stand to benefit.
The Graduate Entrepreneur visas allow you to live and work anywhere within the UK for the duration of the visa. You are able to transfer or extend the visa as long as the business is successful.
You can apply for permanent residency within 5 years, however if your yearly turnover exceeds £5 million or you employ at least 10 people, permanent residency can be achieved in only 3 years.
The Graduate Entrepreneur allows you to bring your wife and family to the UK to live.

The following table breaks down the application process into nine basic steps:
Provide you with a list of documentation to collate for your application and a Preliminary Questionnaire to obtain information about you.
Drafting relevant letters and providing template letters for your application
Assisting you in obtaining your endorsement from one of the relevant authorised bodies.
Gathering all the relevant documentation from you and reviewing and advising on each document.
Covering letter will be drafted to accompany your application.
Complete the online application form, pay the relevant fee and book an appointment at the visa center.
Print off the form and collect your supporting documentation and take to the visa center. You are required to have your photographs and fingerprints taken at the visa center.
You will be provided with a visa valid for 28 days. You must arrive in the UK within this period and collect your biometric residence permit which has the full length of the visa.
